NON ABRASIVE PAINT STRIPPING

Non abrasive paint stripping is a process where delicate or intricate items can be cleaned,
ideal for prepping parts ready for polishing or painting.

BAKING SODA BLASTING

A method of stripping paint and rust/oxydization of steel and ally. The use of Baking Soda means any blasting media left in or on the item blasted can be dissolved in water leaving no grit residue.

Excellent for engine casings, callipers, master cylinders and carbs, where other blasting material could be left in oil passages, fuel galleries, or on machined surfaces like brake calliper/master cylinder piston bores, this could lead to damaged surfaces and or siezed parts.

PAINTING

We are able to prepare then paint refurbished parts from small brackets to whole frames.

PLASTIC WELDING

Fed up with the lugs breaking on your side panels? We now Plastic-Weld

Fix lugs back onto the side panel or carb cover or strengthen good lugs before they break.
Ideal for cracked fairings, tail units or side panels, can aslo be used to fix plastic air boxes and inner/outer plastic mudguards

POWDER COATING

OUR SERVICES WOULDN'T BE COMPLETE WITHOUT POWDER COATING
We work with Redditch Shotblasting for this service by prepping items to be coated

We prep certain parts like callpiers, master cylinders and engines casings with Baking Soda Blasting, this makes sure no blasting material is left in critical places like oil passages or on machined surfaces, then the part is passed on to be Powder Coated

Powder coating leaves a hard finish that resists chemicals inclueding brake fluid and is durable, something necessary on todays roads

CABLE MAKING

THROTTLE CABLE - OPEN AND CLOSE, CLUTCH CABLE
MADE UP TO STANDARD LENGTH OR OVERSIZE

We use quality outer cables with a Teflon line, steel wire, solder nipples and trumpets
we also have the top adjuster for the throttle cables chrome plated to help bring the clean look.

We can replace your inner cables using your old outer cable and adjusters or we can supply you with a complete new cable including ferrules and adjusters
