Zed-parts.com collects information to process your order only; it is then kept for limited time.
This is to help provide you with the best possible service, and to contact you if there is a query with your order.

Zed-parts.com DO NOT SELL or pass your information to any other third parties.

FORMATION OF CONTRACT

Payment must be received in full before the goods you ordered will be dispatched.
 We will confirm by email that your order has been accepted using the email address given by you when you placed your order.
 This forms the contract between Zed-parts.com and you the customer.
If for any reason we cannot process your order we will contact you

CANCELLATIONS

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations.
You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
To cancel this contract, please notify us by e-mail first, then return the item to us.
(at the address shown below under 'returns')
in original, unopened condition. Enclose a note detailing your name, address, telephone number, and 'Cancellation of Order'.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering return postage, unless the item supplied was not the correct item due to an error on our part or the item is defective.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS

Overseas customers please contact us first as we are unable to sell to some countries

Postage quoted is for mainland U.K only, overseas orders will be shipped air mail. We have had big problems with surface mail, shipping time and no item tracking.
We will try to keep costs down but overseas postal charges can be high and will have to be paid for at the time of ordering your parts

ITEMS SOLD

It is the intention of Zed-parts.com to provide sufficient information about the products and services offered on this site as would be reasonable to fully describe the item to the extent required by the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000.
It may be from time to time that the description falls short of what the customer personally considers adequate.
In that event the customer agrees to request further information as soon as is reasonably possible by e-mail to Zed-parts.com or to the address given on this site.
The failure of the customer to make such request, either before or after an offer is submitted on this site to Zed-parts.com, shall amount to an acknowledgement by the customer that the description on the site is adequate.

DELIVERY

Orders received on a working day before 3.00pm excluding Wednesday will usually be despatched the same day for delivery by 1st class post, standard parcel post or recorded delivery. Orders received after 3.00pm on a working day will be despatched the next working day. In case we don't have the product in stock, we will notify you of the next available delivery date and we will despatch your goods as soon as they come into stock.

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries. Orders over £100 will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature.
This helps with any problems and items can be tracked if they go missing. We will send your item to the address you have supplied.

If for any reason the parcel has been returned toZed-parts.com due to nobody having been in to receive the parcel or it has not been picked up from the depot listed on the card left at the address, the customer must pay for all charges incurred to Zed-parts.com for sending the parcel back to ”us” and to pay for the parcel to be resent out to you with no exceptions.

FITTING OF THE PARTS WE SUPPLY

Our bearings come with a 100% Guarantee against manufacturing defects.
This guarantee does not cover deliberate damage or damage caused by incorrect installation. When installing bearings, it is recommended that you use a bearing press.
Malfunction caused when shields have been damaged/dented either when inserting the bearings or over-tightening the axle nuts will not be covered by the bearing guarantee.
If you wish to make a legitimate claim against a bearing guarantee please return the bearings in its original packaging and your receipt (proof of purchase) to zed-parts.com and we will process your claim as quickly as possible.
