Shipping policy



Overseas customers, please contact us if you country is not listed, as we are unable to sell to some countries.

Postage quoted is a quote only, some overseas orders can cost a lot more to send due to remote location. Overseas orders will be shipped air mail. The reason for this is due to issues with surface mail such as extended shipping times and lack of item tracking.
We will try to keep costs down but overseas postal charges can be high and will have to be paid for before your order is shipped.
Some large items can cost a lot to ship due to the dimensions not weight.  


Overseas refers to countries outside of the United Kingdom and sold from
Delivery to oversea customers is DDU. 
Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) is an international trade term meaning the seller is responsible for ensuring goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer (You) are responsible for any import duties or taxes or clearance fees.
By ordering a product on the Website, by phone or by email, you the buyer shall be deemed to understand that by placing such order form Zed-parts Ltd you acceptance it is you the buyer who is responsible for Taxes, Duties and clearance fees.


It is the intention of (Zed-parts Ltd) to provide sufficient information about the products and services offered on this site as would be reasonable to fully describe the item to the extent required by the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000.
On occasion, the description may fall short of client expectation. If such event occurs, the customer agrees to request further information as soon as is reasonably possible by email to or to the address given on this site.
The failure of the customer to make such request, either before or after an offer is submitted on this site to Zed-parts Ltd shall amount to an acknowledgement by the customer that the description on the site is adequate.


Orders received on a working day before 3.00pm  will usually be dispatched the same day for delivery by 1st class post, standard parcel post or recorded delivery. Orders received after 3.00pm on a working day will be dispatched the next working day. In case we don't have the product in stock, we will notify you of the next available delivery date and we will dispatch your goods as soon as they come into stock.

We use Royal Mail or specific couriers for our deliveries. All orders  will be sent recorded delivery and will require a signature.
This helps with any problems and items can be tracked if they go missing. We will send your item to the address you have supplied.

If, for any reason, the parcel has been returned to Zed-parts Ltd, the customer must pay for all charges incurred with no exceptions. Parcels are returned for a variety of reasons such as, but not limited to:

  • Item is not picked up from the depot

  • No-one home

  • Customs duty not paid

  • Incorrect item purchased

  • Invalid address provided

The customer must pay for all or any charges incurred to (Zed-parts Ltd) for sending the parcel back to ”us” and to pay for the parcel to be resent out to you, with no exceptions.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination.
